After years in the telecommunications industry, Harry Bahri moved to New York to pursue his lifelong passion in food and wine. Bahri enrolled at the world-renowned International Culinary Center, where he honed his skills and garnered a ranking at the top of his class. Upon graduation, he founded Emerald Hare, an acclaimed Northern California wine label. After years of world travel, during which time he experienced an array of wines, spirits, fine cigars, and cuisine, Bahri brought his immense knowledge and experience back to his hometown of Detroit, where Robusto’s Cigar Bar and Bistro was born.

Robusto’s offers its patrons a unique sanctuary where they can escape and indulge in all of life’s guilty pleasures in one place. A certified sommelier, Bahri curated an eclectic selection of fine cigars, rare spirits, unique cocktails, and exceptional wines to satisfy even the most discerning palate. Every effort is given to creating a progressive and innovative menu in the kitchen daily.
