COVENTRY REALTY LLC

12 W. HIGH ST., METAMORA, MI 48455 | 810-678-2288 | WWW.COVENTRYREALTYLLC.COM

Coventry Realty LLC is the real estate heartbeat of Metamora. In 2006, Broker Carole Porretta purchased a quaint Village property and renovated it in keeping with the rural charm and equestrian flavor of the community. Today, her successful boutique office has sales exceeding $180 million and is staffed by dedicated professionals who are involved not just in the business of real estate, but with the Metamora DDA, the Chamber of Commerce, many local charitable organizations, and sponsors of local festivals. Coventry Realty enjoys a reputation as an “open door” business, welcoming people to Metamora with information and advice about the community, schools, festivals, and property values. In addition to Porretta, the office is staffed by administrator Brigitte Fletcher, Realtors Kellie Cimini, Tina Rupprecht, Tony Porretta and secretary Christine Russell — all local residents who are well-versed in all that Metamora offers, from lakefront to condo, rural to city, and farming and equestrian experiences. The firm’s motto is: “Open the Gate to Hills, Horses & Hospitality - Metamora!” and clients will experience that the moment they step through the door!
