KELLY RONCELLI-VALENZA & THOMAS L. RONCELLI — REAL ESTATE ONE

34712 GIANNETTI, STERLING HEIGHTS, MI 48312 | 248-379-1094 | WWW.TOMRONCELLI.COM

Thomas L. Roncelli is a third generation real estate agent. The Roncelli family has been in the real estate business since 1926. Tom was licensed by the State of Michigan in 1967, and has achieved “Realtor Emeritus” status. Here is a man who has consistently solved his client’s problems so they can go forward with their moving plans.

Tom does not see himself as a salesman. He views himself as a “sorter.”

He helps buyers and sellers sort through the myriad of government rules and regulations, handling appraisals issues, inspection problems, and all of the various complications that plague every transaction. He coaches sellers on where to price their house to sell, and buyers on how to structure their offer.

The skills that Tom brings to the table help keep things in perspective. He skillfully manages everyone’s expectations and gets the parties to a successful closing. Tom says, “You will only have happy buyers and sellers, when and if, they both feel they got a fair shake.”

The Roncelli machine has sold and closed over 20,346 homes and still counting. The fourth generation is now on the scene. His daughter Kelly Roncelli-Valenza has partnered with her father. These are the folks to call when you want surefire results!
