VERONICA LUJIC & NICOLE RAFAILL — FITNESS PROTECTION PROGRAM

918 W. NINE MILE RD., STE. B, FERNDALE, MI 48220 | 248-890-9447

Nicole Rafaill and Veronica Lujic, co- founders of the Fitness Protection Program, started their fitness journey the way we all do — they woke up one day, looked in the mirror, said “OMG,” and decided to make a change. They began working out and found a passion for strength training. After collectively losing more than 110 pounds and increasing their strength, they wanted to share this passion as well as inspire and empower others. Both women went on to be certified by the National Personal Training Institute and became personal trainers who emphasize the benefits of strength training. “Everyone thinks strength training will make you big and bulky but, in reality, it makes you lean and strong. In doing that, you increase your body’s ability to burn fat, you boost confidence, and you’re able to continue to do the things you love — whether it’s keeping up with your kids, biking downtown, or enjoying the adventure of day-to-day living, ” Rafaill says.

Nicole and Veronica strive to give personal attention, motivation, and inspiration to each of their clients, and support them along their fitness journeys.
