Beaumont Health Foundation

Give Detroit - A Charitable Registry

An exceptional gift from the Julie and Bob Skandalaris family has established the Skandalaris Family Center for Children with Cancer and Blood Disorders in Beaumont’s new Proton Therapy Center.

The Beaumont Health Foundation exists exclusively for the purpose of securing philanthropic gifts and grants to further the charitable purposes of Beaumont Health, to advance high-quality health care for the benefit of all members of the communities it serves, and to support Beaumont Health’s nonprofit mission to provide compassionate, extraordinary care every day.

The Beaumont Health Foundation raises charitable dollars to: fund the construction of new facilities and renovate existing structures; purchase equipment; support innovative technologies, medical research, educational programs, and wellness efforts; and underwrite programs and services that directly benefit patient care. With generous support from its donors, the Beaumont Health Foundation has been able to secure the resources necessary to help meet the ever-changing needs of health care delivery, and ensure its patients receive extraordinary care every day from the very best physicians, nurses, technicians, researchers, and scientists. As treatments continuously change and improve, patients depend on Beaumont Health to provide the most leading-edge, exceptional care and therapies possible, close to home in their own communities. Donations stay local and may be designated to a specific initiative or location.
