Children's Hospital of Michigan Foundation
Give Detroit - A Charitable Registry
The Children’s Hospital of Michigan Foundation supports pediatric research, education, community benefit programs, and other initiatives to improve the health of children in Michigan.
// KEY SERVICES PROVIDED
Pediatric Research – The foundation funds pediatric research to discover new ways of diagnosing and treating children’s medical conditions such as leukemia and cancers, asthma, heart conditions, bipolar disorder, sickle cell disease, emergency conditions, and others. We play a key role in helping researchers qualify for funding from sources such as the National Institutes of Health.
Community Benefit – We offer community, patient, and family support and wellness programs such as injury prevention, child life support services, art and music therapy, clothes and gift programs for hospitalized children, and more.
Medical Education – We fund education programs so pediatric professionals can learn about the latest techniques to provide the best care for children. Examples include a pediatric research day, annual clinic days, and medical education lectures.
