Give Detroit - A Charitable Registry

// MISSION

To restore sight and prevent blindness through the healing power of donation, transplantation and research.

// KEY SERVICES PROVIDED

Eversight Michigan provides critical, sightrestoring services to people in metro Detroit and across the state living with blinding eye conditions through:

Donation — We fulfilled the wishes of more than 2,000 Michigan eye donors last year by recovering tissue for transplantation and research. And with the aid of 179 volunteers and 200-plus educational programs, we helped the Michigan Organ Donor Registry grow to 4.2 million registered donors.

Transplantation — Every day, we provide the gift of sight to three more people through our network of dedicated professionals delivering exceptional, quality care.

Research — Eversight partners with many of the world’s leading researchers to discover cures for blinding eye diseases like glaucoma, macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy.

Together, with donors and their families, our healthcare partners and charitable supporters, we are making vision a reality.
