Our mission is to help children become victors.


We are the only child-welfare agency in the state of Michigan that provides a full continuum of care. More than 550 youth sleep in our care daily. Our communitybased services include foster care, adoption, independent living services, community support programs, and a soup kitchen. Residential services include maximum and low-security juvenile justice treatment centers, youth mental health treatment, residential foster care, and substance abuse treatment.
