This month, The Hard Luck Lounge launches its line of Hard Luck candy-flavored vodkas, which will be sold in bars and at stores. Their old-fashioned “sweets” are the result of two years of research and development by the Hard Luck proprietors. The idea originated, they say, when they saw how enthusiastically their patrons received their candy-flavored drinks.
The 70-proof vodka is currently available in Root Beer Barrel and in the upcoming weeks, the most popular flavor Red Fish. In the upcoming months, three other candy flavors will be available.
Hard Luck’s spirits will retail nationally. For now, they’re available at hardluckvodka.com, or at Hard Luck Lounge locations in Grosse Pointe Park and Detroit.
