What? Hamburgers haven’t been available in West Bloomfield Township until now? One might think so from the reaction of the locals to the new Redcoat Tavern in the former Brasserie Zinc space. Patrons have been flocking in for the famous Redcoat burger ever since the sign went up in September, and the surge shows no signs of letting up.
