Crispelli’s Troy /// Executive Chef Shawn Wright and his crew prepare everything in house. From the star, thin-crust pizza, to the supporting selection of pastas, salads, and sandwiches on house-made breads, Wright creates it all with help from the Crispelli’s bakery in Royal Oak, which turns out rustic breads and pastries for all three Crispelli’s locations in West Bloomfield, Berkley, and of course, Troy.  The setting may be casual, but it holds its own among the city’s fine-dining establishments in terms of the quality of food and stellar service. 645 E.
