A top-end, modern Italian restaurant, Bacco could easily be dropped into London, New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco and fit. Chef-Owner Luciano Del Signore's pas-tas are pure art. Try the signature pasta called Strazzopreti Norcina: a sauce made at the restaurant of Italian sausage (made in-house, also), black truffles, tomato and white wine, and then tossed in a hand-rolled pasta that he imports from Italy. Whether it's the cut of the veal Milanese or a surprisingly light and delicate first course of sausage and Gorgonzola cheese with caramelized onion, all the ingredients are top-end.
