Carol Cahalan, formerly at 220 Merrill around the corner, and a fabulous design by Ron Rea all add up to make this chic new (2009) see-and-be-seen place a fun stop. The menu is brief, good, and simple, although the wait for a table — there are only 65 seats inside — can be long. Best asset: the fabulous outdoor terrace with massive stone fireplace seats another 30. Try the sautéed shrimp with corn cream, peas, and sausage served with micro greens. Likewise, the steak tartare is exceptional, and the crispy crab cakes with a rémoulade sauce and corn salsa are very much worth it. L & D Mon-Sat.
