Inspired by a real Irish pub in the village of Doolin, these local versions are awash in Irish artifacts, with wood floorboards from a Guinness warehouse in Dublin and stone from Liscannor. Fare includes a notable chicken pot pie, beer-battered fish and chips, shepherd's pie and that absolute necessity, a good burger. Potatoes are just about everywhere on the menu, from appetizers of baked potato shells and house-made potato chips to potato-leek soup and boxties (stuffed potato pancakes).
