The Sboukis brothers - George, Constantinos and Demetrios - named their restaurant for their Greek-born father. Photographs of the days when Louis Sboukis ran a restaurant on Grand River near the Riviera Theatre are displayed, along with other nostalgic photos of that era. The specialty is, and has been since the restaurant opened in 2000, Black Angus beef in cuts from 16 to 28 ounces, with prime rib the signature dish. Tableside preparation of Caesar salad, bananas Foster and cherries Jubilee adds pizzazz to the traditional setting. L & D Mon.-Sat., B & D Sun.
