A good way to start here is the raw bar platter - pearly nuggets of sweet jumbo lump crabmeat; sweet little raw cherry-stone clams; double-thumb-size pink-and-white cocktail shrimp; smaller shrimp in the shell; and meaty raw oysters on the half, tasting of the sea. It's a place for people who like fish - really like the flavor of the fish itself to be the point. The flown-in-daily fish choices may be grilled, blackened or broiled, as you like, but a clear favorite among those we've asked is Shanghai-style - steamed with ginger and scallions and served on a blanket of sticky rice and spinach.
