Besides the traditional slow-poured draft Guinness that provided the inspiration, there are 15 other draft brews and a sea of Irish whiskies and single-malt scotches to choose from. A good accompaniment to any of the above is the ploughman's lunch - a traditional plate of warm baguette, butter, chunks of Irish cheddar and pickled onions.
