Steve Allen and Chuck “Rocky” Rachwitz come up with fresh seasonal specials every day, but there are certain perennial dishes guests may count on, including pan-seared sea scallops Rockefeller, bone-in pork chop with apple compote and potato pancakes, baked rainbow trout stuffed with Jonah crab and mushrooms, and of course, Rocky’s signature Caesar salad. There are interesting tapas on the “Stones” menu, so named because they are served on pieces of slate salvaged when the bar floor was installed. L Mon.-Sat. D daily.
