Thai cafés are often bare bones. This one, however, offers both a linen-lavished setting and an extensive menu of noodle dishes, curries, and stir-fries, as well as sushi from the sushi bar at the back of a room done up in shades of terra cotta and ocean blue. In addition to the expected pad Thai and tom yum soup, there are such dishes as marinated chicken breast with peanut sauce, curried fried rice, and cooling cucumber salad. Jumbo shrimp and minced chicken stir-fried with ginger, onions, mushroom, and green peppers in a light brown sauce is placed atop steamed tofu. The spice levels are reliable. L & D daily.
