A lot has changed lately at this spot, including the name (“French” has been dropped preceding “Laundry.”) The casual market setting in the front room is gone, and 20 seats have been added. The Laundry now has its own bakery, Crust, which is four blocks away, but pastries, pies, and other goods are also available for purchase at the restaurant. The dinner menu changes seasonally and includes steaks, chops, seafood, pasta, as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes. One thing hasn’t changed, though: The Laundry is still open every day for all three meals. Breakfast choices range from eggs Benedict to housemade corned beef hash and blueberry pancakes. Sandwiches run the gamut from deli-style corned beef to grilled chicken breast. B, L & D daily.
