Priority Health Practice for a Purpose, an outdoor yoga class, will return to Ford Arts, Beats & Eats, courtesy of Royal Oak’s own Citizen Yoga and Troy and Farmington Hills-based Thrive Hot Yoga (formerly Detroit Bikram).
On Sunday, September 2nd at 9:00am, Thrive will present its Original Hot Yoga class, which will feature 26 postures and two breathing exercises. Citizen Yoga Royal Oak, the first yoga studio in metro Detroit to offer alignment-based Vinyasa, Blend and Slow Burn classes, will host a class at 10:30am. Classes are $10 each or $15 for both.
Participants will receive free parking, 2 free admission passes to the festival and free water.
Proceeds from the class will proudly benefit HAVEN of Oakland County, providing shelter, counseling, advocacy and educational programming to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
