Bookstock, metro Detroit’s largest used book and media sale, runs April 23-30 at Livonia’s Laurel Park Place. Bookstock has well over 200,000 used books, DVDs, CDs, audiobooks,
magazines, and records for sale at bargain basement prices, and proceeds benefit literacy and education projects throughout the metro area. Bookstock’s Pre-Sale runs 8:15-11 a.m. on Sunday, April 23. There is a $20 admission charge for the Pre-Sale only. Bookstock continues through April 30, running Sundays, 11 a.m.-6 p.m., and Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Join Bookstock for Monday Madness giveaways, Teacher Appreciation Day discounts on Tuesday, Cookstock featuring the area’s largest collection of gently used cookbooks on Wednesday, and Bookbuster specials Thursday and Friday.
