The Alzheimer’s Association – Greater Michigan
Chapter will host “Chocolate Jubilee – A Night in Havana” on Saturday, Oct. 27, at the MGM Grand Detroit. The Chocolate Jubilee, now in its 34th year, has long been recognized as one of the premier fundraising events in the community. This year we are honored to have Daniel J. Loepp, president, and CEO of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, serving as the event chair. The evening will begin with a VIP pre-glow, followed by dinner, entertainment, and, of course, the chocolate jubilee dessert tasting. Guests will then stay and dance the night away to the sounds of Nouveauté. Currently, there are over 5.7 million Americans struggling with Alzheimer’s disease. That number is expected to triple by 2050 unless a cure or effective treatment is found. The funds raised through the Chocolate Jubilee provide critical support for the association’s programs and services. For more information, contact Maureen O’Reilly at email@example.com.
