The Women’s Division for Project HOPE (WDPH) invites you to “The S*O*S Luncheon – the Start Of Summer” event from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 6, at Forest Lake Country Club in Bloomfield Hills. Event co-chairs Bettina Gregg, Cheryl Hall Lindsay, and Linda Juracek-Lipa, along with WDPH President Susan Willis-Reickert, welcome all to a fun-filled, nautical-themed afternoon, celebrating the history and tradition of the world’s first peacetime hospital ship. The event program features guest speaker Erick A. Reickert, who will give a special presentation on his book, Sail The World: Everything You Need to Know to Circumnavigate the Globe. Founded in 1958, Project HOPE — Health Opportunities for People Everywhere — is dedicated to providing lasting solutions to health crises with the mission of helping people to help themselves.
