If at first you don’t succeed ... well, proprietors Curt Catallo and Erich Lines know the wisdom there. Their reworked Clarkston Café, now a barbecue joint with a new name, is bringing people to the town for chef Aaron Cozadd’s pulled pork, ribs, chicken, and brisket from the wood-fired smoker, along with the down-home accompaniments of collard greens and potato salad.
The big communal table is also a draw.
18 S. Main St., Clarkston; 248-625-5660.
