Tasca de Plata: A former retro diner has become a Spanish restaurant with an authentic menu of tapas and paella in the hands of proprietor José Montes and chef Benito Espinosa. Shawls and flamenco costumes draped over the windows and along the walls, as well as vintage photographs of flamenco dancers, contribute to the transformation.
