Sue Hesano's (6 Salon) tips for barefoot beauty:

1) Get a pedicure every two to three weeks.
2) Apply a top coat the day after getting a pedicure.
3) To keep feet looking baby smooth, try Solar Oil, which is great for cuticles. “It makes feet look fresh,” she says.
4) Product tip: Gehwol ointment for dry, hard, and cracked skin. $18, at 6 Salon, Birmingham.
