FeedBourbon Steak Bar Burgers

Michael Mina’s top-rated steakhouse inside the MGM Grand Detroit has added an appealing bar-only menu — and it’s a hit. Five signature burgers (beef, turkey, falafel, lamb, and salmon) on house-made buns are the choices. The wood-grilled burgers are listed on a sushi-bar style menu, complete with a small pencil provided for patrons to check off their preferences — from degree of doneness to toppings.
