HOT SPOT: LA DOLCE VITA //
The courtyard here has a European feeling favored by the brunch crowd, who vie for one of the umbrella-shaded tables on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. when Pathe Jassi, a Senegalese guitarist, and his trio play jazz, reggae, and world music to accompany eggs Benedict and mimosas. It’s a summer tradition at what’s one of the most romantic restaurants around.
