DoubleTree Hotel Grand Opening Preview 2018

The newly renovated DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton in Bloomfield Hills, formerly the Kingsley Inn, held its grand opening preview on Dec. 6. Attendees toured the 150,000 square-foot space, which includes 144 updated hotel rooms, a bar and New York style deli.

On Nov. 29, Kendra Scott hosted their Twelve Oaks’ storefront grand opening. Attendees enjoyed cocktails, sweets, and 20 percent off all of purchases, with proceeds benefiting charity Fleece & Thank You.

Kidney Ball 2018

On Dec. 1, the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan hosted its 14th annual Kidney Ball at the Westin Book Cadillac in Detroit. Guests participated in live and silent auctions that raised funds for the organization to prevent kidney disease and improve the lives of those living with it.

St. Joe's Holiday Ball 2018

St. Joe’s Holiday Ball, presented by St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor Hospital, was held at the Eastern Michigan University Convocation Center on Dec. 1. Attendees contributed towards strengthening St. Joseph’s cancer care program, as well as rebuilding and expanding its Cancer Center.
