Bright Forecast

Every year, the re-emergence of tulips and daffodils is rivaled by spring’s fresh crop of fashions in bright colors and new silhouettes. This year, airy and fluid fabrics are appearing in ripe hues with lively patterns and prints that are more than capable of banishing the winter blues. Colors for spring 2009 are especially lively, with shapes and styles exuding energy. Watch for feminine construction, diaphanous materials, and accessories in appealing sherbet shades — all symbolic of the annual renewal.
