Brigette’s Café and Wine Sync

Published:

Brigette’s Café

A nice surprise tucked into the center of a modest shopping strip near Macomb Community College, this spot offers fresh Lebanese dishes such as kibbee, cabbage rolls, and grape leaves prepared from family recipes by Miriam DeLamielleure. They’re served in a sunny café setting that hints at the Mediterranean with subtle décor touches. 43253 Garfield Rd., Clinton Township; 586-226-0947. L & D weekdays, D Sat. $15

Wine Sync

An element aptly called Kitchen Sync has been added to this handsome downtown Northville wine shop. Chef Jeff Condit prepares a menu of tapas and small plates, including panini with prosciutto and Brie; cheese and sausage boards; and flatbreads, with fixed-price theme dinners on Saturday evenings — all designed to pair well with wine. D Tue.-Sat. 122 W. Main St., Northville; 248-374-9463. $12
