Art Gallery of Windsor (AGW): The New Normal explores the growing trend of documenting and sharing private information in the public view. Through July 4. • For more than 50 years, the Canadian Pacific Railroad made glass photographs (Magic Lantern Slides) to promote immigration and tourism in Canada. Detroit Institute of Arts: Featuring more than 50 black-and-white photographs, Detroit Experiences: Robert Frank Photographs, 1955 showcases rare and never-before-seen works by artist Robert Frank. Through July 4. • Through African Eyes: The European in African Art, 1550-Present explores 500 years of artwork made by Africans in response to the “varied and dynamic cultural exchanges” with Europeans. through Aug. 8. UMMA: For the first time, UMMA will exhibit its collection of kimono, haori, obi, and other traditional Japanese women’s garments. Art is window to an individual’s perception; we would like to invite all artist ages 17 & under to participate in our 1st Youth Art Show event with Reify Guardian.

Once again our love, passion & support to all things Michigan- MICHIGAN Artist, MICHIGAN Foods & MICHIGAN Juices, how can this get any better? Ah yes MICHIGAN Musical Talent...check

This is a call out for MICHIGAN Artist ages 17 & under to submit their art work ranging from:
- Drawings
- Paintings (Mixed media)
- Photography
- Poetry

There will be a $10 entry fee per artist to submit up to 5 pieces (https://www.paypal.com/); all artwork is accepted.
