Pink Boxers
Pink is too lovely a color to be worn just by women
And breast cancer is too pervasive to be ignored. Put those two thoughts together and you’ve got a colorful fundraising concept. Pinkboxers.org is selling pastel undershorts to raise funds for early detection, financial aid, and breast-cancer awareness. All — as in 100 percent — profits go to the American Breast Cancer Foundation.
Pink Boxers was founded by Ted Banzhaf in honor of his late wife, Linda, who died after battling breast cancer for five years. His creation makes it possible to wear your heart, but just not on your sleeve.
