Dine to Donate 2018

On Feb. 24, Figo Salon held a fundraising event for ALS Awareness and Research at their Birmingham location. The Dine to Donate fundraiser featured a five-course menu prepared by Chef Anthony Lombardo of SheWolf, floral designs and decor by John Gerych, and more. Proceeds of the event benefited awareness and research of the neurological disease.

Empowerment Plan Fundraiser and Grand Opening 2018

On Jan. 25, Empowerment Plan held its 5th annual fundraiser at their new facility in Detroit. Attendees enjoyed specialty food and drinks from local restaurants and bars, live music, photo booths, and more. Proceeds from the fundraiser benefitted the nonprofit organization in its efforts to secure homes and jobs for Detroit's homeless community.

Winter Gala 2017

On Dec. 9, the Italian Bar Association of Michigan hosted its 86th annual Winter Gala at the Grosse Pointe Yacht Club. Guests enjoyed cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, gelato tasting, and more. Proceeds from the event benefitted Friends of Foster Kids, a Michigan non-profit that supports the community's foster kids.

Gather to Give 2017

On Nov. 9, Gilda's Club Metro Detroit hosted its 4th annual Gather to Give at its clubhouse in Royal Oak. The "Ladies Night Out" themed event featured a strolling dinner and a silent auction. Proceeds directly benefited cancer patients and family care programs.

Brave Knight Benefit 2017

On Nov. 10, the Julian Boivin Courage for Cures Foundation held its 7th annual Brave Knight Benefit at Pine Lake Country Club in West Bloomfield. The charitable event featured a champagne reception, a strolling dinner, and more. Proceeds benefited diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) brain tumor research grants.

Detroit Veterans Gala 2017

On Nov. 10, Central City Integrated Health (CCIH) held its inaugural Detroit Veterans Gala at the Detroit Golf Club. Guests enjoyed dinner, guest speakers, and an art auction featuring pieces from local veteran artist Donald "Sunn" Anderson. Proceeds of the gala benefited the CCIH, providing housing and health services to veterans and Detroit residents.
