Women's Division for Project Hope Holiday Luncheon 2017

On Nov. 29, the Women's Division for Project Hope held their annual Holiday Luncheon at the Oakland Hills Country Club in Bloomfield Hills. Guests enjoyed lunch, shopping, raffles, silent auctions, and more. Proceeds from the event benefited the Women's Division branch of Project Hope, a nonprofit that provides relief for disasters and health crises globally.

Cheers Gala 2017

On Dec. 1, Easterseals Michigan hosted its annual Cheers Gala at the Rochester Mills Production Brewery & Tap House in Auburn Hills. Guests enjoyed 16 craft beers on tap, wines, food trucks, and more. Proceeds benefited Easterseals Michigan, a nonprofit that helps the disabled, specifically those with Autistic Spectrum Disorder.

Kidney Ball 2017

On Dec. 2, the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan held its annual Kidney Ball at MotorCity Casino Hotel in Detroit. Nearly 600 attendees enjoyed a Candy Bar from Mars Wrigley Confectionery, a performance from Your Generation featuring Fifty Amp Fuse, and more. Proceeds from the "Casablanca" themed event benefited the NKFM's programs and services, helping those with chronic kidney disease.

The Taste 2017

On Nov. 21, Our Lady Star of the Sea hosted its 6th annual Taste event in Grosse Pointe Woods. Attendees enjoyed a selection of fine wine and food samplings from local restaurants. Proceeds from the community event benefited the parish.

Dancing with the Detroit Stars 2017

On Nov. 18, South Oakland Shelter hosted its 9th annual Dancing with the Detroit Stars gala at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham. The star-filled event featured a silent auction, dinner, and a dance competition featuring local celebrities partnered with professional dancers. Proceeds benefited the South Oakland Shelter, providing support for the homeless community.
