Savor Detroit, Spring 2018: April 27
From April 23-27, Hour Detroit held its biannual event Savor Detroit. The five-night series featured custom menus developed by the city's most celebrated chefs for one-of-a-kind four-course zddemeals complete with thoughtfully selected wine pairings. Guests also enjoyed unique art installations for the ultimate culinary experience. Friday's meal was prepared by Chef Matt McGrail of Cork and Gabel and Chef Edward Sura of Uchiko. A portion of the proceeds benefited dozens of local charities participating in the Give Detroit Challenge.
