Slurping Turtle Charity Ramen Battle

On July 10, Slurping Turtle in Ann Arbor held it’s second annual Charity Ramen Battle. Guests enjoyed five bowls from Chef Andy Hollyday of Selden Standard in Detroit, Chef Jared Bobkin of Local Kitchen in Ferndale, Chef David Koshizawa from the International Culinary School at the Art Institute in Novi, Chef Doug Hewitt of Chartreuse in Detroit, and Chef Tadashi Nagura of Slurping Turtle, all competing for $2,000 prize for the charity of their choice.
