Quan Nem Ngon /// Vietnamese fare lags in numbers locally behind other Asian cuisines, so it’s good news to add this gem of a bistro to the lineup. It’s drawing more than just those born to the fare to its handsomely decorated space. Dishes such as cha gio (elegant little eggrolls), bun bo nuong sa (grilled lemongrass-marinated steak atop angel-hair rice noodles), and banh mi (sandwiches) made with impeccably fresh ingredients are featured on an edited menu that doesn’t make diners plow through an overly long list.
