GMAAN Black History Month Celebration: The General Motors African Ancestry Network will be holding its 13th annual Black History Month Celebration at the Detroit Renaissance Marriott. The event will feature a buffet and live musical performances by Brandy and Dr. Karen Clark-Sheard. Along with Jeff Friday’s keynote speech, a special appearance will be made by Yvonne Orji. Empty Bowls Detroit Painting Workshop: Exercise your creativity while giving back to the community at this ceramic-painting workshop.
