Hour Media User Agreement: I grant Hour Media or assignees the permission to capture my likeness on photography or video, the perpetual and irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photography or video of me, or where I may be included for editorial, advertising and such other fashion /business purpose in any manner and medium.
Hour Media or assignees may have unrestricted use of these for any purpose, including advertising, with any retouching or alteration without restriction.
I agree that the above mentioned photography, videos and any reproductions shall be deemed to represent an imaginary person, and further agree that or any person authorized by or acting on his or her behalf may use the above mentioned videos or any reproductions of them for any advertising purposes or for the purpose of illustrating any wording, and agree that no such wording shall be considered to be attributed to me personally unless my name is used.
I hereby release Hour Media from all claims and liability relating to images, video or photographs taken of me.
I have read this release form carefully and fully understand its meanings and implications.
Somerset Collection Terms and Release AgreementI hereby grant and authorize Somerset Collection, its agents, and assignees the right to edit, alter, copy, and make use of all photos and/or videos taken of me to be used in and/or for promotional materials without payment or consideration. This grant of use includes publishing for any lawful purpose.
I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of Somerset Collection. This Release extends to all media, languages, and formats now known or hereafter developed. This Release shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke said Release in writing.
I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from, or related to, the use of said photos or video. I hereby relinquish rights to all claims, demands, and causes to action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
'Glam Bot' / Full View Productions User Agreement By completing this release form, you acknowledge and agree that any photographs or videos captured during the "Glam Bot" activation may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials.
