BEST OF DETROIT - PARTICIPANT FORM

  • Congratulations! You’ve been voted one of Hour Detroit’s Best of Detroit for 2019. To confirm your participation in Hour Detroit’s Best of Detroit Party on Friday, June 21, 2019 at The Fillmore please complete the form below. Participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until space for the party is full. Space is limited.   • SET UP

  • As a vendor, you will be provided with two (2) 8’ tables with linens for display. Your 2019 Hour Detroit Best of Detroit plaque will serve as a table sign, but please feel free to decorate your space creatively. You will be responsible for serving food from 6 – 10pm.

  • GIVEAWAYS / FOOD & BEVERAGE

    • Please provide samples of your winning product for guests to try.
    • Solicitation is prohibited.
    • The party will attract 1,000 guests. A minimum of 1,000 samples is recommended.

  • VENDOR PASSES

  • Each participating vendor is allowed a maximum of two (2) complimentary vendor passes for staff working at the event. No exceptions will be made. Any extra workers will require a paid ticket that Hour Detroit will make available at the Friends and Family rate.

  • AGREEMENT

  • By submitting this participation form, you agree to staff and work your display from 6 – 10pm and maintain a clean and presentable display at all times.

    Tear down of your display is not allowed until after the end of the event, at 12am on Saturday, June 22. Vendors that do not comply will be charged a $1,000 marketing fee.
