This episode of City Drinks features Highly Casual a cannabis infused seltzer. The cocktail is called Express Pineapple.
Recipe: “Herbs”
– 2oz Rum (we used Two James Dr. Bird Rum)
– 1oz Pineapple Juice
– 1x Can of Highly Casual Blueberry Pineapple cannabis infused seltzer
Step 1: Add rum & pineapple juice to an iced shaker.
Step 2: Shake
Step 3: Strain cocktail into an iced Collin’s glass.
Step 4: Fill with Highly Casual cannabis infused seltzer.
Step 5: Stir to incorporate.
Step 6: Garnish and add straw.
