When can I expect to receive my first issue?
You will receive your first issue within four to six weeks.

When is each issue mailed out?
Hour Detroit is published monthly so you will receive 12 issues a year. You will receive each issue by the first of the month.

Where can I find my account number?
Your account number is located above your name on the mailing label. You can also find it at the top of your invoice or renewal notice.

How do I change the address on my subscription?
You can easily change your address with our address change form by clicking here.

How long does it take for an address change to go into effect?
Please allow one to two issues for the address change to take effect.

When will I be billed for my subscription?
You will receive your first invoice within a week after receiving your first magazine.

How can I renew my subscription?
You can renew your subscription online with our subscription renewal form by clicking here. You can also renew by mail. You will receive renewal notices well in advance of your subscription expiration to ensure that you will not miss any issues of Hour Detroit.

What should I do if I did not receive one of my magazines or I received a damaged copy?
Please contact the circulation department. We will gladly mail you the missed issue or extend your subscription.

I have several months left before my subscription expires. Why did I receive a renewal notice?
We want to ensure that you don’t miss any issues of Hour Detroit. In the magazine industry, we work on an issue months in advance and want to be sure we have your renewal instructions early.

I already paid for my subscription. Why did I receive another invoice?
If you recently mailed your payment, chances are that they’ve crossed in the mail. Please disregard the invoice. If you wish to check your payment status, please contact the circulation department.

Why am I receiving two copies of the magazine?
You may have duplicate subscriptions in our database. Please contact the circulation department.

Can I purchase back issues of the magazine?
To request a back issue, please contact us toll-free at 1-866-660-6247 and select option 1.

I’m leaving town for an extended period of time. Can I put my subscription on hold?
We can temporarily suspend your subscription. To do so, please contact the circulation department.

Can I order a subscription to be mailed outside of the United States?
Yes. There is an extra charge of $20 annually for Canadian subscriptions and an extra charge of $35 annually for other international subscriptions.
