Urbanrest Brewing Co.’s Fluff Monster series
Based off its best-selling Fluff Monster IPA (6 percent ABV), Urbanrest also offers a Double Fluff Monster (7.7 percent ABV)Â and Triple Fluff Monster (9.5 percent ABV). The original Fluff Monster features notes of Seville oranges and lemon-lime slushies. The double is reminiscent of ripe citrus fruit and pineapple, while the triple has notes of passionfruit and tropical gushers. Roak Brewing Co.’s Blow Your Face OutÂ
Dark, piney, and tropical, and with a 10.5 percent ABV, Blow Your Face Out is a double IPA from Roak Brewing Co. The Royal Oak brewery chose this beer’s name because it’s so hoppy, it’s sure to blow you away. Drafting Table’s Buzz Blanket
On the sweeter side of things, Drafting Tables’ Buzz Blanket is made from lactose and coffee from High Grounds Trading Co. in Traverse City. This cream stout, which is available for curbside pickup at the brewery, has a 7 percent ABV and a sweet, latte-like flavor profile. Rivers Edge Brewery’s Bucktrout Brown Cocoa LagerÂ
Made with all-natural, liquid cocoa, this 5 percent ABV lager has an earthy and spicy flavor profile with a malty sweetness. Rivers Edge brews its beers right in the heart of Milford. Paying tribute to Elvis Presley, The Birth of The Fat King is released each year in January to celebrate Elvis’ birthday, and again in August on the anniversary of his death. Griffin Claw Brewing Co.’s Conflict of Interest
Juicy with fruity, tropical notes, this New England style IPA has a 6 percent ABV. The brewers use Nelson Sauvin hops, known for adding grape-like flavoring to beers.
