Hour Detroit‘s Savor Detroit, a five-night dinner series featuring custom menus developed by the city’s most celebrated chefs, took place at the Great Lakes Culinary Center on October 5 – 9, 2015. Each night, metro Detroit foodies gathered to enjoy signature cocktails, a five-course dinner menu prepared by the evening’s featured chef duo, thoughtfully selected wine pairings, live entertainment, and a silent auction of artist Tyree Guyton’s work benefiting The Heidelberg Project.
