Hour Detroit’s Savor Detroit, a five-night dinner series featuring ten top chefs, took place at the Great Lakes Culinary Center April 25 – 29, 2016. For the first time, Detroit’s most celebrated chefs teamed up with guest chefs from across the country to create a truly one-of-a-kind dining experience. Each night offered custom dinner menus prepared by the evening’s featured chef duo, signature cocktails, wine pairings, live music, and a pop-up art gallery and silent auction by local artists Asia Hamilton and Katie Hawley, to benefit Gleaners Community Food Bank.
