The Detroit Public Safety Foundation (DPSF) is the official non-profit organization supporting the Detroit Police and Fire departments. The foundation supports the departments in many ways including grant funding, contributions, in-kind donations, and events. The foundation focuses on the areas of training, technology, equipment, community engagement and wellness. The DPSF works directly with department leadership to help fund priority projects which benefit both the first responders and the community.
