The New Foster Care a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based out of Oakland County, assists young people with experience in foster care to positively change the trajectory of their lives.We provide direct services through our 'Bridge Program', a comprehensive transitional support model serving young people in foster care, ages 14 - 17, and young people who have aged out of foster care, ages 18 - 29.
