“Team Fox in the D” to host 4th Annual Detroit Benefit Gala to raise funds for The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. This year we are proud to once again play a part in the fight against Parkinson’s disease by hosting our 4th Annual Detroit Gala for Parkinson’s Research on Saturday, September 21st, at The Henry Hotel, Dearborn, Michigan. We invite you to join us in honoring our family, friends and loved ones and the Parkinson’s community. Since inception in 2016, Team Fox in the D has raised over $582,000 for Parkinson’s research – 100 percent of which went directly to the high-impact research programs at MJFF. We were amazed by and so grateful for the Detroit community’s support and we can’t wait to host you again,” shared Donna. “This is our way of doing something personally to help further the Foundation’s mission to speed a cure, and to help bring meaningful advances in treatments to those affected by Parkinson’s.” The evening aims to raise $250,000 or more to enable MJFF to continue aggressively funding research to find better treatments and a cure for Parkinson’s disease. The event will be a tremendous party with a serious purpose: making Parkinson’s a disease of the past. The evening will begin at 6:00 pm with cocktails, seated dinner, dancing and entertainment provided by Justin Young Sax and The Band.
